Maratona Internacional de São Paulo
Race Day Weather
Warm start, warming through the race, chance of rain, high humidity
Starting at 66°F, heat will be a factor from the gun — go out conservative and stay on top of hydration. Temperatures rising to 80°F through the course will gradually increase perceived effort in the second half. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. There's a chance of rain, so have a backup gear plan ready. High humidity (81%) will make it harder to cool down through sweat — increase fluid intake accordingly.
