SP City Marathon
Race Day Weather
Comfortable temps, warming through the race
Mild 58°F temps at gun time mean comfortable early miles without overheating risk. Temperatures rising to 70°F through the course will gradually increase perceived effort in the second half. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. Moderate humidity at 77% is worth noting for effort level, especially in later miles.

The SP City Marathon runs each July in São Paulo, Brazil, with a marathon and half marathon sharing the same course. The race starts at Praça Charles Miller in front of Pacaembu Stadium and finishes at the Jockey Clube de São Paulo, crossing 18 neighborhoods through the city's downtown, west and south zones, including Ibirapuera Park. The course holds World Athletics label certification and a CBAt Gold Label, and the 2026 edition drew more than 32,000 registered runners across both distances.
