Race Info
Maratona Monumental de Brasília is a marathon in Brasília, the capital of Brazil, run each November. The course starts and finishes at the Esplanada dos Ministérios and passes national landmarks including the Congresso Nacional, the Catedral Metropolitana, the Museu Nacional, and the Ponte JK bridge over Lake Paranoá. The race is a full member of AIMS and holds a Gold Permit from the Brazilian Athletics Confederation (CBAt). First held in 2019, the 2026 edition is the race's seventh, and includes companion 5 km and 10 km races run the evening before the marathon and half marathon.
