Race Info
The Half Marathon at the Buckeye Marathon covers 13.1 miles on an out-and-back course that starts and finishes at the Buckeye Municipal Airport in Buckeye, Arizona, where the marathon also ends. Runners head out north from the airport with views of the White Tank Mountains on the outgoing section, turn around and return the same way. The course climbs gradually on the way out and gives that elevation back on the return, so the last miles run gently downhill to the finish.
