Buckeye 10K
Race Day Weather
Cool start — fast day potential, big temp swing
A cool 48°F at the start line is ideal for fast times — expect to warm up quickly once you're moving. Temps will climb significantly to 67°F by later miles, so expect fading conditions as the race progresses. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing.

The 10K at the Buckeye Marathon covers 6.2 miles on an out-and-back course that starts and finishes at the Buckeye Municipal Airport in Buckeye, Arizona. It follows a straight road north of the airport with views of the White Tank Mountains on the outgoing section, turns around at the halfway point and returns the same way. The road rises gradually on the way out and runs gently downhill on the way back to the finish.
