Buckeye 1 Mile Fun Run
Race Day Weather
Comfortable temps, warming through the race
Mild 54°F temps at gun time mean comfortable early miles without overheating risk. Temperatures rising to 67°F through the course will gradually increase perceived effort in the second half. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing.

Race Info
The 1 Mile Fun Run at the Buckeye Marathon is a short out-and-back that starts and finishes at the Buckeye Municipal Airport in Buckeye, Arizona. It heads out onto the same road the 5K and 10K use, turns around well before the longer courses do and returns to the airport on an almost flat route. The event is a fun run and walk, held on the Saturday of race weekend.
