Race Info
The Venicemarathon half marathon starts in Piazza Ferretto in Mestre and finishes at Riva Sette Martiri on the Venice waterfront. It runs through the Mestre streets past the M9 museum, then joins the marathon's route along the Salso Canal, the avenues of San Giuliano Park and the Ponte della Liberta into the historic center. The course is flat and fast, with 14 small canal bridges in the last 3 kilometers fitted with wooden ramps. The distance is measured and certified by AIMS.
