The Valencia Marathon (branded Maratón Valencia Trinidad Alfonso Zurich) has been held in Valencia, Spain, since 1981. It carries a Platinum Label from World Athletics and is organized by the Valencian sports club SD Correcaminos. The flat, sea-level course starts at Plaça de la Marató and finishes on the walkway at the City of Arts and Sciences. The organizer also puts on the Valencia Half Marathon each October. Wikipedia
