Race Info
The Taipei Marathon is held in December in Taiwan's capital, and all distances start at Citizen Square in front of Taipei City Hall at 6:30 AM or 7:00 AM. The marathon runs through central Taipei and along the riverside embankment, then finishes at the Taipei Athletics Field. The half marathon follows a shorter loop and finishes on Nanjing East Road. The 2026 edition has 9,000 marathon places and 19,000 half marathon places, with entry by qualifying time or lottery.
