Race Info
The Kaohsiung Marathon is held each January in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. From the 2027 edition the marathon and half marathon run point to point, starting on Shidai Avenue in Qianzhen District and finishing at the National Stadium in Zuoying District, with the route passing the Love River, the Museum District and Zuoying Old City. The race is an AIMS member event and a Boston Marathon qualifier. Kenya's Chepngabit Noah Kipruto ran 2:13:18 on the course in 2017, and Kenya's Musau Jemimah Wayua won the women's race in 2:35:42 in 2025.
