Race Info
The Qingdao Marathon is an annual road race held each April along the coast of Qingdao's Shinan and Laoshan districts in Shandong Province, China. The course starts on Hong Kong Middle Road outside the Qingdao Municipal Government building and finishes at the Qingdao International Convention Center, passing May Fourth Square and the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center. First held in 2017, it carries World Athletics Elite Label status and a China Athletics Association gold-medal event designation, with a combined field of about 25,000 runners across the marathon and half marathon.
