Runners will face a temperature rise from 63°F at the start to a high of 90°F by the end, with humidity at a manageable 31%. A headwind will challenge runners during the first half, especially from miles 1-12, making pacing adjustments crucial. As temperatures climb, it's advisable to conserve energy early and hydrate frequently, particularly on the hilly sections from mile 1 to 13.
