Race Day Weather
Warm start, moderate wind
A warm 75°F start means heat management is critical — consider dialing back your goal pace by 10-20 sec/mi. Moderate winds around 16mph may affect pacing on open sections of the course. Moderate humidity at 76% is worth noting for effort level, especially in later miles.

Race Info
The Ho'omau 10K runs alongside the Half Marathon and 5K at Wai Kai, a waterfront recreation facility on Oahu's Leeward coast in Ewa Beach. The course leaves Wai Kai on Keone'ula Boulevard, turns onto Kapolei Parkway, and follows Papipi Road along the shoreline before turning back toward the finish near Kamakana. About 87% of the course is paved, with the remaining 13% on a packed surface. Aloha Racing organizes the event.
