Comfortable temps, warming through the race
Starting at 64°F, heat will be a factor from the gun — go out conservative and stay on top of hydration. Temperatures rising to 77°F through the course will gradually increase perceived effort in the second half. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. Moderate humidity at 74% is worth noting for effort level, especially in later miles.

Race Info
The half marathon starts at the Jinsha Site Museum in northwest Chengdu, the same start as the full marathon. The route passes through the Jinniu, Qingyang, Jinjiang, Chenghua and Wuhou districts. It finishes on the Wangjiang campus of Sichuan University.
