Race Info
The Changsha Marathon is run through the Hunan provincial capital along both banks of the Xiang River. The 2026 course starts on Xiangjiang Middle Road beside the Du Fu River Pavilion and loops around Orange Isle, with the marathon finishing at the south plaza of Helong Stadium and the half marathon at Fisherman's Wharf. The race is certified by the Chinese Athletics Association. The 2026 edition has 35,000 places, 18,000 in the marathon and 17,000 in the half, allotted by lottery.
