Bigfoot Half Marathon
Race Day Weather
Cool start — fast day potential, warming through the race, chance of rain
A cool 43°F at the start line is ideal for fast times — expect to warm up quickly once you're moving. Temperatures rising to 57°F through the course will gradually increase perceived effort in the second half. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. There's a chance of rain, so have a backup gear plan ready.

Race Info
The Bigfoot Half Marathon is a road half marathon and 5K held each spring in Estes Park, Colorado, at the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. The half marathon starts at the Estes Park Events Complex and finishes downtown at Bond Park. Running Wild Events schedules the race to coincide with the town's Bigfoot Days Festival, so finishers arrive to live music and a vendor festival at the finish line.
