Race Info

The Half Marathon is a point-to-point run that starts in the town of Moquah at Moquah Town Park and follows the Tri-County Corridor, a former railroad bed, into Ashland. The crushed-limestone surface runs through wooded northern Wisconsin with a gentle downhill grade and fewer elevation changes than the full marathon. It finishes downtown at the Bay Area Civic Center on the Saturday of race weekend, and its soft, flat footing makes it a popular distance for personal records and for walkers.
