Race Info
The Trento Half Marathon runs through the historic center of Trento in Italy's Trentino region, with the 2026 race marking its 15th edition. The single-loop course starts in Piazza Dante and finishes in Piazza Duomo, passing Torre Vanga, the Le Albere district, and the MUSE science museum. The route is largely flat, with one short climb near Buonconsiglio Castle around the 10th kilometer. The race is part of the Trento Running Festival weekend, which also includes the Giro al Sas, a 10K road race first held in 1907 and awarded a World Athletics Heritage Plaque in 2025.
