Race Info
The Tear Drop Half Marathon starts atop Fort Mountain at the Overlook Inn on Georgia Highway 52 and runs downhill into Chatsworth, finishing at Chatsworth City Park with more than 2,000 feet of elevation loss over the half marathon distance. A 10K and 5K share the same downhill format, starting from lower points on Highway 52 with shuttle service. The race has run every year since 2015 under organizer IWeLife, reaching its 13th annual edition in 2027 after a 2026 race that drew a record field of more than 600 finishers.
