Skyline Mountain Half Marathon
Race Day Weather
Warm start, big temp swing
A warm 71°F start means heat management is critical — consider dialing back your goal pace by 10-20 sec/mi. Temps will climb significantly to 97°F by later miles, so expect fading conditions as the race progresses. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing.

Race Info
The Skyline Mountain Half Marathon starts in the parking lot at the summit of the North Ogden Divide and runs about a mile longer than a standard half marathon. It climbs steep switchbacks on the South Skyline Trail for roughly three miles to the saddle below Lewis Peak, with views over Ogden Valley. The course then descends to Windsurfers Beach and follows the Pineview Trail along the reservoir shoreline to the finish at Eden Park.
