Seaside Half Marathon
Race Day Weather
Comfortable temps
Mild 59°F temps at gun time mean comfortable early miles without overheating risk. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. Moderate humidity at 79% is worth noting for effort level, especially in later miles.

Race Info
The Seaside Half Marathon starts at Solimar Beach on the Pacific Coast Highway in Ventura County and runs along the oceanfront on the shoulder and bike path of the historic Old Rincon Highway. The course is mostly flat, with the Pacific alongside for most of the distance. The shoulder and bike path are about 25 to 35 feet wide in most places, which leaves room to settle into a pace.
