Wild West Marathon & Ultra
Race Day Weather
Cool start — fast day potential, big temp swing
A cool 45°F at the start line is ideal for fast times — expect to warm up quickly once you're moving. Temps will climb significantly to 78°F by later miles, so expect fading conditions as the race progresses. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing.
The oldest trail marathon in the United States, the legendary Wild Wild West Marathon, and UIltra have been held for 45 years! Join us for a super scenic trail race that goes through the great Alabama Hills and the foothills of Mt. Whitney.
