Ring Running Series Half Marathon
Race Day Weather
Cool start — fast day potential
A cool 42°F at the start line is ideal for fast times — expect to warm up quickly once you're moving. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. High humidity (82%) will make it harder to cool down through sweat — increase fluid intake accordingly.

Race Info
The Ring Running Series Half Marathon covers four laps of the 4.46 km Hockenheimring Grand Prix circuit, plus a lead-in from its start on the Parabolika straight. The flat, fully asphalted course is closed to traffic and AIMS-certified. Runners pass the Motodrom, the Bernie-Ecclestone-Kurve, the Spitzkehre and the Südkurve, and finish on the original Formula 1 start-finish line. It is held on the Saturday of race weekend in late November, and the lap format lets spectators see runners several times from the track side or the Motodrom grandstand.
