Starting at 60°F, heat will be a factor from the gun — go out conservative and stay on top of hydration. Temps will climb significantly to 82°F by later miles, so expect fading conditions as the race progresses. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing.

Race Info
The PC2PG 10K is a companion event to the Provo Canyon Half Marathon, run on the Murdock Canal Trail in Lindon rather than the half marathon's canyon route. The 6.2-mile course starts and finishes near the Murdock Canal Trailhead, heading out along the trail before turning back to retrace the same path to the finish. The trail is flat and paved, laid over a covered canal at the mouth of Provo Canyon in Utah County. It runs on the same Saturday morning as the half marathon and 5K.
