Race Info
The Novi Sad Marathon (Novosadski maraton in Serbian) runs through Serbia's second-largest city each October, starting and finishing at Trg Slobode (Liberty Square) in the old town. The flat course loops along the Danube and through the surrounding neighborhoods before returning to the square, with companion 25K, Quarter Marathon (10.5K) and 5K races plus a relay marathon held the same morning. The 2026 race is the 34th edition, dating the event back to the early 1990s. It is sanctioned by AIMS and included on the Athletics Federation of Serbia's race calendar.
