Race Info
The Montgomery Half Marathon and 5K runs each March through downtown Montgomery, Alabama, starting at the water tower in The Alley entertainment district. The course opens with about two miles of uphill running, then passes the Alabama State Capitol, Oakwood Cemetery, Alabama State University and Old Cloverdale before finishing at Riverwalk Stadium. The race dates back roughly to 2010 and has carried different title sponsors over the years, including a stretch as the Hyundai Half Marathon.
