Race Info
The Minuteman BQ Marathon runs on the Minuteman Commuter Bikeway in Arlington, Massachusetts, about 20 minutes from downtown Boston. The USATF-certified course covers seven 6-kilometer loops starting and finishing at Hill's Hill near Ed Burns Arena, with turnarounds at Bow Street to the west and the Summer Street area to the east. The race caps the field at 50 runners and exists specifically as a Boston Marathon qualifier, with a 5-hour finish cutoff and no separate awards. It is scheduled to hold its first edition on September 5, 2027.
