The Luau Run Half Marathon is held at Farmington Regional Park in Farmington, Utah, following the Rio Grande and Legacy Parkway Trails. First run in August 2025, the race pairs the finish with a Hawaiian luau, including hula dancers and a plated dinner. Starting with the 2027 edition, the race moves from a Thursday evening format to a Saturday morning start.
