About the Lithia Loop Trail 10K
The Lithia Loop 10K is a trail run that starts and finishes in Lithia Park in Ashland, Oregon, on the Saturday of race weekend. It runs the first part of the marathon's counterclockwise loop on dirt roads and trail, then turns right onto the Wonder Trail. Runners follow the lower Wonder Trail back down to the park.
