The Haulin' Aspen Trail Marathon takes place each August at Wanoga Sno-Park outside Bend, Oregon, on singletrack trails through the Deschutes National Forest. The marathon course climbs and descends at elevations above 5,400 feet, including a steep 700-foot climb between miles 21.5 and 24. The race also offers a half marathon, a 6.5-mile Half-As, and a marathon relay on the same weekend. Source
