About the Lago Maggiore 10K
The 10K starts at the front entrance of the Isolino campsite in Fondotoce and finishes on the lakefront in Verbania-Pallanza, the same finish as the marathon and 33K. It is a flat, fully asphalted point-to-point course certified by World Athletics, AIMS and FIDAL as a category B course. It is the last race to start on race day, at 11:30 AM, after the longer distances are under way.
