Race Day Weather
Warm start
Starting at 65°F, heat will be a factor from the gun — go out conservative and stay on top of hydration. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. Moderate humidity at 69% is worth noting for effort level, especially in later miles.

The Iwate Morioka City Marathon is an annual marathon in Morioka, the capital of Iwate Prefecture, Japan, first run in 2019. The course starts and finishes at Kitagin Ball Park, passing Morioka Castle Ruins Park and following the Kitakami and Nakatsu rivers with views of Mount Iwate.
