The Half Naked Half Marathon is a certified 13.1-mile out-and-back course that starts and finishes at McClellan Park Medical Mall in Anniston, Alabama. The Anniston Runners Club has held it each January since at least 2007, with a quarter marathon starting at the same time. Both races are chip timed and the course closes at 11 a.m. The men's course record is 1:17:53, set by Landon Delozier in 2022.
