The Greensboro Half Marathon runs each November through downtown Greensboro, North Carolina, starting and finishing near Battleground Avenue. The course is a two-loop route billed as one of the flattest in the area, with roughly 280 to 300 feet of elevation gain depending on the year. Organizer Trivium Racing also offers 5K and 1-mile options on race weekend, along with chariot runner/rider divisions and an economy registration tier.
