Race Info
The China-ASEAN Marathon runs each November in Fangchenggang, a port city on China's Beibu Gulf coast in Guangxi. The race starts and finishes at Beibu Gulf Marine Culture Park, with the route heading out along Yingbin Street and Beibu Gulf Avenue before looping back. First held in 2017, it carried World Athletics Label status in 2023 and 2024 and was upgraded to World Athletics Elite Label status for its 2025 edition. The race draws entrants from China and ASEAN countries, with recent fields including elite runners from Kenya and Ethiopia.
