About the Chattanooga Half Marathon
The Chattanooga Half Marathon covers 13.1 miles on the Sunday of race weekend, starting and finishing near Finley Stadium on the Southside. The course was laid out by the same group of local runners who designed the marathon route, and it runs as a loop through the Downtown, University and Southside districts. It is a USATF-certified course with some flat stretches and a few hills, about 660 feet of climbing in all.
