The Chattanooga Marathon starts and finishes at First Horizon Pavilion in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee, crossing the Tennessee River and passing Finley Stadium, home of the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga Mocs football team. The USATF-certified course (TN19001BW) is a Boston Marathon qualifier and follows rolling terrain with the steepest climbs concentrated around mile 20. Race weekend also includes a half marathon on the same course and a 5K the day before. Source
