The Buenos Aires Half Marathon (Medio Maraton de Buenos Aires, also called 21K de Buenos Aires) is a World Athletics Label road race held annually in Buenos Aires, Argentina, organized by Carreras y Maratones Nandu. The 21.1K course starts and finishes at Avenida Figueroa Alcorta and Dorrego in the Palermo neighborhood, following Avenida 9 de Julio and Avenida Libertador. Ethiopia's Yomif Kejelcha set the men's world half marathon record at the 2026 edition, running 56:51, and Fotyen Tesfay Haiylu set the women's course record the same day at 1:03:57.
