Race Info
The Augusta Half Marathon, 10K and 5K is a February race hosted by the Augusta Sports Council in Augusta, Georgia. All three distances start and finish on Walker Street at Augusta University's Summerville campus, next to the Grover C. Maxwell Performing Arts Theatre. The half marathon course runs through the Summerville neighborhood, past Lake Olmstead and along the Augusta Canal Historic Trail before returning to campus. Proceeds support the G.A.M.E.S. Scholarship Fund for graduating Augusta-area high school athletes, and the race has run most years since 2008.
