Race Info
The 10K starts and finishes at the Silent Wings Museum in Lubbock and runs 6.2 miles on the Saturday of race weekend. The course heads south from the museum to East Regis Street, follows it east past Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, and returns the same way along the flat, open ground east of Interstate 27. It starts alongside the half marathon, and the race honors Willie McCool, the Space Shuttle Columbia pilot.
