The Wildwood Trail Marathon, hosted by Terrain Trail Runners, offers runners a scenic and challenging experience through the picturesque trails of West County, St. Louis, Missouri. The course features approximately 26.2 miles of diverse terrain, including 90% single-track trails with rocks and roots, and an elevation gain of about 1,700 feet. Starting and finishing at LaSalle Springs Middle School, the route traverses notable trails such as Hamilton-Carr, Al Foster Memorial, Bluff View, Rock Hollow, and Cedar Bluff, providing a rewarding challenge for both novice and experienced runners.
