The Heart of the Ozarks Half Marathon is a winter road race held in West Plains, Missouri, starting and finishing at the Historic Post Office Event Center on East Main Street. Runners can choose the half marathon, a 10K, or Mindy's Run, a 2.5-mile community run. Proceeds benefit the West Plains Running Club, which supports youth distance-running programs in the area.
