The 10K starts and finishes at Doukenie Winery in Hillsboro, on the Saturday of race weekend. It runs 6.2 miles on paved and gravel back roads through the Loudoun County wine country, past vineyards and farms. The course is flat, and the post-race wine and music festival is held at the finish venue.
