Tucson Half Marathon
Race Day Weather
Cool start — fast day potential, big temp swing
A cool 42°F at the start line is ideal for fast times — expect to warm up quickly once you're moving. Temps will climb significantly to 64°F by later miles, so expect fading conditions as the race progresses. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing.

Race Info
The Tucson Half Marathon is a point-to-point course that starts at the Golder Ranch Fire District administration office in Catalina, roughly halfway along the full marathon route. After a short opening stretch it joins the marathon course and follows State Route 77 downhill with very little climbing. At mile 10 it turns onto the Canada del Oro River Park bike path and finishes at Pima Community College Northwest Campus. Runners reach the start by bus from Oro Valley Marketplace.
