Surfers Point Half Marathon
Race Day Weather
Warm start
Starting at 66°F, heat will be a factor from the gun — go out conservative and stay on top of hydration. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing. Moderate humidity at 78% is worth noting for effort level, especially in later miles.

Race Info
The Half Marathon starts at Solimar Beach on the Pacific Coast Highway in Ventura and is run as two laps of an out-and-back course along the Historic Old Rincon Highway. The route follows the shoulder and bike path beside the ocean, and the ocean views and mostly flat profile make it a fast half. The course is on the same roads as the marathon, with mile markers throughout.
