Race Info
The Sleeping Bear Half Marathon starts at the Dune Climb parking lot off Highway 109 inside Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and finishes at Empire Beach on Lake Michigan. Most of the course follows the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail, with the rest on road shoulders, and it runs south from the dunes to the village of Empire.
