Santa Cruz Marathon
Race Day Weather
Mild start, gradual warm-up
Runners will face a gradual temperature increase from 56°F at the start to 66°F by the finish, with humidity averaging 69%. Light winds will be a non-factor throughout the race. Given the warmth and humidity, it is advisable for runners to start conservatively and adjust their pace as needed, particularly on the rolling terrain where energy expenditure may be higher.
