Run Rockaway Beach Marathon takes place on the Rockaway Beach boardwalk in Far Rockaway, Queens, organized by the Rockaway Track Club. The course starts and finishes near Beach 94th Street and runs as two out-and-back loops of the boardwalk. It shares race weekend with a half marathon and 5K along the same stretch of boardwalk. The Rockaway Track Club runs a busy annual calendar of boardwalk races, and Run Rockaway Beach Marathon is its fall marathon distance.
