Race Info
The Half Marathon is a point-to-point road race that starts at Caswell Lane on the Mt. Rose Highway, about 5,800 feet above sea level, and runs downhill into Reno. After the first few miles on the highway, runners wind through residential streets on the west side of the city, including Thomas Creek Parkway, in a mix of farmland and urban neighborhoods. The finish is at the Reno-Sparks Convention Center, with a net drop of roughly 1,340 feet over the 13.1 miles.
