Night Moves Half Marathon
Race Day Weather
Hot start
A warm 91°F start means heat management is critical — consider dialing back your goal pace by 10-20 sec/mi. Light winds shouldn't be a major factor for pacing.

Race Info
The Night Moves Half Marathon is run after dark on the Saturday of race weekend at Stephen F. Austin State Park in San Felipe, just west of Houston on I-10. It covers four laps of a clockwise loop of just over 5 km on wide gravel and dirt trails with a few quick changes in elevation, with a short add-on trail on the first lap to make up the full 21.1 km. Each lap comes back through the start and finish arch at the group dining hall, with an unmanned water refill about halfway around the loop.
